  1. It is not easy starting a new lifestyle. It has to do with determination. If you are concerned about your health, Consuming too much carbohydrate in a meal, is not an ideal way of eating. Carbs should be eating in moderation, loaded with vegetables. Your meal has to be on a balance scale.

    To cut out eating too many carbohydrates from your diet, you need a meal plan.
